JY Furniture supplied the complete cabinetry package for the TideLock Rental Residences, providing fully coordinated kitchen and bathroom cabinetry across a diverse mix of apartment layouts and mirrored unit conditions. The scale and variety of the project required careful cabinet scheduling, orientation management, and finish consistency across all residential floors.
The cabinetry was produced using a frameless construction system with melamine interior finishes and flat-panel doors, engineered for durability, clean aesthetics, and long-term performance in high-use residential settings. Components include soft-close hinges, under-mounted soft-close drawer runners, adjustable shelving, and concealed hardware, supporting a refined and contemporary design expression.
To support field installation and tolerance variability, the system utilized adjustable legs, fillers, toe-kicks, and oversized panels, allowing installers to achieve precise alignment on site. Hardware, finishes, and construction details were coordinated through shop drawings and contractor approvals prior to fabrication to ensure accuracy and installation readiness.
The project also included a wide range of kitchen appliance configurations, requiring careful dimensional coordination and integration into cabinet layouts. Through disciplined documentation, production control, and finish management, the TideLock project delivered a standardized, repeatable, and installation-efficient cabinetry solution across all kitchens and bathrooms within the development.
