JY Furniture supplied and manufactured the complete kitchen and bathroom cabinetry package for Block 22, a multifamily residential development featuring a large mix of repeated unit layouts across multiple floors. The scope included coordinated production of frameless kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, finish execution, hardware integration, and factory-controlled quality assurance to support efficient field installation.
The cabinetry was constructed using a frameless CARB-P2 particle-board system with white melamine interiors and flat-panel exterior door and drawer fronts. All components were produced to maintain consistency in alignment, finish quality, and dimensional accuracy across all unit types. Hardware included soft-close concealed hinges, ball-bearing drawer slides, adjustable legs, and standardized filler and panel components to accommodate field tolerances and onsite leveling.
The program incorporated both kitchen and vanity assemblies designed for repeatable installation while supporting project-specific aesthetic and functional requirements. Material specifications, finishes, and hardware selections were coordinated through the shop-drawing approval process to ensure alignment with the developer’s design standards and construction sequencing.
