JY Furniture supplied a complete cabinetry package for the 21 Garden multi-family residential development, providing fully coordinated kitchen and bathroom cabinets across multiple unit layouts and floor levels. The project included a mix of market-rate and ADA-compliant units, requiring precise dimensioning, layout coordination, and finish consistency across all apartment types.
The cabinetry was manufactured using a frameless construction system with melamine-faced particle board carcasses and flat-panel doors, supported by Imundex soft-close hinges and ball-bearing drawer slides. Adjustable legs coordinated toe-kicks, and oversized panels were incorporated to accommodate field tolerances and site conditions. Shop drawings, finish approvals, and hardware specifications were developed in alignment with contractor requirements and GC field coordination.
Two finish schemes were provided — one for market-rate units and one for ADA kitchen configurations — ensuring visual consistency while meeting accessibility standards. JY Furniture also supplied panels, fillers, and tall cabinet sections designed for on-site field adjustment to support a smooth and accurate installation process.
Through disciplined documentation, finish submittals, and technical coordination, the project delivered a fully standardized, repeatable cabinet system while maintaining quality, durability, and installation efficiency across all 50 kitchens and 59 bathroom vanities.
