JY Furniture supplied the complete cabinetry package for the 1215 Fulton Street – Halsey Building multifamily residential development, delivering coordinated kitchen and bathroom cabinetry across a variety of unit layouts and floor levels. The project included both standard and specialty apartment configurations, requiring careful tracking of unit types, mirrored layouts, and wall-orientation conditions to maintain consistency across the building.
The cabinetry was produced using a frameless construction system with melamine-faced particle board and wood-vener finishes, paired with flat-panel doors for a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Components were engineered with soft-close Imundex hinges, under-mounted soft-close drawer slides, adjustable legs, and refined edge detailing to support durability and installation accuracy.
A unified finish scheme was approved for both kitchen and vanity applications, ensuring visual continuity throughout the project. Panels, fillers, and adjustable elements were incorporated to accommodate field tolerances and on-site alignment with walls, floors, plumbing, and electrical locations.
The package also included integrated LED lighting channels and specification-approved lighting components, enhancing functionality and elevating the finished design. All cabinetry components were documented through shop drawings and coordinated with contractor approvals prior to fabrication.
Through disciplined production control, finish coordination, and detailed specification management, the project delivered a cohesive, repeatable, and installation-ready cabinet system across all 50 kitchens and 66 bathroom vanities.
